Complete Clinical Safety Case Report (CSCR)
The CSCR is signed off by the NCSAS Head of Service and CCIO and published as a PDF document.

Develop and deliver final CSC presentation
A presentation summarising the findings and recommendations of the CSC is prepared and presented to the commissioning Programme Board.

Complete and handover Clinical Risk Management File (CRMF)
The CRMF is finalised, ensuring all relevant documents are contained within, then formally handed over commissioning Programme Board.

Hold Project Lessons Learned session
The CSC project team conduct a lessons learned session to discuss and capture what went well and what could have gone better over the course of the CSC. The commissioning programme board and wider SMEs are also asked to provide feedback on the CSC process. This information feeds into our continuous service improvement process.
